These terms are an agreement between you and Tal Fuchs ("we") governing your use of The Age of Wisdom iOS application. By using the app, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
What the app is — and isn't
The Age of Wisdom presents AI-generated characters — a fictional council, historical-figure personas, and "Solomon" — that deliberate on questions you ask and offer perspectives, arguments, and a verdict. It is designed for reflection, perspective-taking, and entertainment.
AI content disclaimer. Everything the council says is generated by artificial intelligence. It can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate to your specific situation, and characters' views do not represent the actual views of any real historical person. Nothing in the app is professional advice — it is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, or tax advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional who knows your circumstances. Do not rely on the app for decisions with significant consequences without independent verification, and in an emergency contact local emergency services.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time in the app's settings or by contacting us.
Subscriptions and purchases
- The app offers optional auto-renewing monthly subscriptions — Member (currently $12.99/month) and Pro (currently $24.99/month). Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region; the price displayed by Apple at checkout is the price that applies.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms; refund requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- We may change subscription pricing or what each tier includes prospectively; changes to the price of an existing subscription take effect only with Apple's standard notice and consent process.
Fair use
The app's AI features consume real computing resources. Subscriptions are for personal, human use — you agree not to script, automate, bulk-extract, resell, or abuse the service, not to attempt to circumvent feature gates or usage limits, and not to use the app to generate content that is unlawful or intended to harm others. Premium model usage is subject to fair-use metering disclosed in the app. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Your content
You keep ownership of the questions and content you submit. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the app — to transmit your content to the AI providers that generate responses, to store your sessions for you, and to display results back to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. AI-generated responses are provided to you for your personal use; you're responsible for how you use them.
Our content
The app — including its characters, chronicles, writing, artwork, audio, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own, per Apple's standard licensed-application terms. Don't copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the app's content outside of normal personal use (sharing a verdict card with friends is normal personal use).
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. AI output is probabilistic by nature and no accuracy is warranted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (your content license, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date, and significant changes noted in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
